About the Tiers
Can I upgrade my tier after we've started planning?
Yes. If your vision grows during the planning process, your Ambassador can discuss upgrading your tier. The earlier you decide, the more time the production team has to expand the scope.
Is the Essential tier still a full eMMe premiere?
Absolutely. Every tier is a real eMMe premiere — professional film, real cinema, dedicated Ambassador. Essential is simply a more intimate scale, not a lesser experience.
What does "cultural ceremony integration" mean in Legacy and Icon?
It means your Ambassador works with your family to weave specific cultural traditions — music, ritual, ceremony, language — directly into the premiere program. This is not a generic add-on; it is custom-designed for your family.
Can the Icon tier be held outside a traditional movie theater?
Yes. Icon can be produced in any grand venue with appropriate projection and sound capabilities — a concert hall, a historic theater, an outdoor amphitheater. Your Ambassador will work with the venue to meet eMMe's production standards.
Does eMMe offer payment plans?
Payment structures are discussed during your Ambassador consultation. eMMe is committed to making the premiere accessible to families across a range of circumstances.
