eMMe Ambassadors are trained professionals already walking alongside families in their most tender moments. Hospice workers, End of Life Doulas, grief counselors, and faith leaders carry the trust and the relationships that make a culturally satisfying farewell possible. eMMe gives them a platform, a production, and a paycheck worthy of that sacred work.

Base Rate
$30/hour for all Ambassador work — story sessions, coordination, premiere day.
Signing Bonus
$250 bonus for every family you bring to a signed premiere agreement.

Ambassador positions are limited per market. Application by invitation or referral preferred.

How much does it cost to become an eMMe partner?
There is no upfront cost to join the eMMe partner network. Theaters and venues earn revenue through the premiere booking structure. Ambassador compensation is per-premiere. All details are discussed during the partnership onboarding process.
How much time does hosting a premiere require from my theater?
eMMe handles all production, logistics, and coordination. Your theater provides the space and standard front-of-house support. Most premieres require 3–4 hours of venue time, typically during off-peak hours.
Do I need prior experience in death care to become an Ambassador?
No. eMMe Ambassadors come from a wide range of backgrounds — event production, social work, community organizing, death care, and more. What matters most is emotional intelligence, cultural fluency, and a genuine commitment to honoring people's stories.
Is eMMe available in my city?
eMMe is actively expanding. If we're not yet in your market, applying as a partner is one of the best ways to bring eMMe to your community. We prioritize markets where we have strong local partner interest.
What does the Ambassador training program involve?
eMMe Ambassador training covers story facilitation, cultural humility, grief-informed communication, production coordination, and the full eMMe premiere workflow. Training is conducted remotely and in-person, and Ambassadors receive ongoing support from the eMMe team.
