What Families Ask
When should we reach out to eMMe?
eMMe can be planned in advance as part of end-of-life preparation, or arranged after a passing. We recommend reaching out as early as possible so your Ambassador has time to gather the full story — but we are also here for families who need to move quickly.
How long does the premiere last?
A typical eMMe premiere runs 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your tier and the scope of the production. Your Ambassador will work with you to shape the experience.
Can we incorporate our cultural traditions?
Absolutely — cultural resonance is at the heart of eMMe. Whether your family observes specific religious rites, cultural ceremonies, or personal traditions, your Ambassador is trained to weave them into the premiere.
What happens to the film after the premiere?
Depending on your tier, the film can be distributed to family members as a keepsake — a lasting record of the life celebrated on screen.
